Sakeena Itoo Inaugurates New PHC in Kulgam, Enhancing Healthcare

Minister Sakeena Itoo inaugurated the newly constructed Primary Health Centre (PHC) in Devsar, Kulgam, on September 20, 2023. This initiative aims to enhance healthcare accessibility for rural residents.
