Sachin Pilot Addresses Public Meeting at Marhote Eidgah
Surankote, September 18, 2024: In a significant boost to the election campaign in Surankote, former Deputy Chief Minister of Rajasthan and stalwart Congress leader, Sachin Pilot, addressed a public meeting near Eidgah Marhote today. The event witnessed a large gathering of supporters and party workers.
Speaking on the occasion, Pilot expressed his pride in visiting the Surankote Assembly segment. He urged the public to cast their votes in favor of the alliance candidate, Shahnawaz Choudhary, for the development of the area. Pilot assured the gathering of his unwavering support for the alliance candidate, emphasizing the upliftment of Surankote.
Shahnawaz Choudhary also addressed the public, promising that the party’s manifesto would significantly benefit the region. He assured that he would be a strong voice for Surankote in the Assembly, advocating for the area’s development and progress.
The meeting was presided over by Haji Khadam Hussain and saw the presence of several prominent office bearers of the Indian National Congress (INC) including Skinder Nourani, Adv. Sheraz Bajjar, Faiz Akbar, Waheed Shah, Rasheed Kasana, and Arif Manhas. From the National Conference (NC), Dr. Mumtaz Hussain Shah, Mumtaz Bajjar, Shadi Khan, Retd. Capt. Farooq Ahmed, Bashir Qureshi, Adv. Nahida Bhatti were also in attendance.
Youth Congress leaders such as Madasar Bajjar, Asif Bajjar, Skinder, Hayat, Raja Khan, Ghulam Nabi, Adv. Maqsood Bhatti, Asif Chechi, and Talib Hussain were also present, showcasing the strong support from the younger generation.
