.On November 21, 2023, Literary activities committee of GDC Surankote organized a student debate on corporal punishment and its ill effects under the theme “My Constitution My Pride”. This significant event was impeccably coordinated and held in the open air, right in front of the academic block marking a landmark initiative by the institution to address critical issues impacting student welfare. The debate was organized under the able guidance of esteemed Principal, Prof. (Dr.) Rani Mughal exemplifying the institution’s steadfast dedication to ensuring the comprehensive well-being of its students.
Dr. Ghulam Mustafa lecturer in Urdu adeptly facilitated the proceedings, while Dr. Mussarat Jabeen, Head of the Department of Arabic extended a warm welcome to both faculty members and enthusiastic students.
