Mendhar, Jammu and Kashmir, [03/08/2024]** – Dr. Shazad Ahmed Malik, Chairman of the Jammu and Kashmir Border Area Development Conference (JKBDC), held a press conference today at the JKBDC office in Mendhar. During the conference, Dr. Malik addressed the critical issue of the incomplete mini secretariat building in Sub Division Mendhar.
Dr. Malik expressed his deep concerns over the prolonged delay in completing the mini secretariat, which has become a significant hindrance to the efficient functioning of administrative services in the region. He questioned the lack of action and advocacy from regional political leaders, emphasizing their responsibility to represent and address the needs of the people they serve.
“It is disheartening to see that the construction of the mini secretariat has been left incomplete for so long,” Dr. Malik stated. “Our regional political leaders have failed to raise their voices and take necessary actions to ensure the timely completion of this crucial infrastructure. This negligence has directly impacted the residents of Mendhar, who deserve better administrative facilities.”
Dr. Malik called for immediate action and accountability from the concerned authorities and political leaders. He urged them to prioritize the completion of the mini secretariat building to provide the residents of Mendhar with the administrative support they need.
