No one is ever going to force others to become a judge on the face of evil or not. However, he can’t call someone’s honest just because he is not making money but making men and earning true fame for himself. He is of course a public servant at the highest level like DG, Border Road Organization Lt Gen Raghu Srinivasan or an officer like this man. If suppose, his juniors are making
money and the public do not get their work done without giving respect, it hardly matters whether part of unfair mean goes to him or not? A truly honest government officer like DG BR Raghu Srinivasan is have to ensure honesty in his office at least and this is very clearly can seen . If he can’t do it, he may be honest in him own eyes, but not in the eyes of the public but when public examine his work or road projects they can examine.
It is how a good label the most honest officer, like DG BR, Raghu Srinivasan personally ,he is being respected maximum in his regime or period of duties. Honest officer is being threatens by lawless influences in different shapes but Once he has decided that he is the honest in the real sense only when he is effectively charging or discharging his duty, threats are inevitable but these can’t reach to his projects. People don’t hurt a top bureaucrat when they have problem with him. The most common way to manage inconvenient officers is to get them transferred from the places of importance to places where they have no power but on the side, like DG BR , Raghu Srinivasan is praised by public . However, he must not assume that all high ranked officers are bad or inefficient. A mature officer knows his limitation and works accordingly. He is not working for perfection but for maximizing the governance within the given situation. He sees the glass half-full rather than half-empty. He delivers great performance within the limitation without soiling himself and hence always in demand in all regimes.
