Surankote, October 28, 2024 – Choudhary Mohd Akram, MLA from Surankote, conducted an extensive visit to Panchayat Shindera, Block Lassana to personally assess the developmental requirements and ongoing projects in the area. He was accompanied by officers from key departments, including Roads & Buildings (R&B), Power Development Department (PDD), and Jal Shakti.
During his visit, Choudhary Mohd Akram emphasized the importance of efficient infrastructure development and urged officials to expedite the completion of pending works to improve the quality of life for local residents. He engaged with community members to better understand their needs and assured them of his commitment to addressing their concerns effectively.
As part of his tour, the MLA inspected the Primary Health Center (PHC) in Shindera, where he discussed healthcare challenges with the medical staff. He reiterated the importance of accessible healthcare for rural communities and committed to facilitating upgrades and additional resources to strengthen the PHC.
Additionally, Choudhary Mohd Akram visited the Higher Secondary School in Shindera, where he reviewed the educational facilities and interacted with students and faculty. He pledged his support for enhancing educational resources, emphasizing the significance of quality education in the region.
